By using Try Nail Color you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not to be skipped.

What you can do
- • Preview colours on your own photos
- • Use the previews however you like
- • Generate as often as your plan allows
What you cannot do
- • Upload photos of other people without consent
- • Upload anything unlawful or sexual
- • Scrape, resell, or overload the service
Important
Previews are AI approximations, not colour-accurate simulations. Always check the real swatch before buying or booking.
What the service does
You upload a photo of your hand and a reference image of a nail colour or design. We generate an image that approximates how that design would look on your hand.
The preview is an approximation, not a guarantee. It is produced by an AI model, so it can be wrong. Screens, cameras, lighting and polish finishes all change how a colour actually reads. A preview is a helpful indication, not a colour-accurate measurement, and it is not a promise about how any product will perform. Use your own judgement before spending money.
Your uploads
- • You keep ownership of the images you upload. We claim no rights over them.
- • You confirm you have the right to upload them. Do not upload a photo of another person without their permission.
- • You grant us permission to process them for the sole purpose of producing your preview. See the Privacy Policy for how they are handled and how long they are kept.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- • upload images you do not have the right to use;
- • upload anything unlawful, harassing, or sexually explicit;
- • attempt to bypass usage limits, authentication, or payment;
- • automate requests, scrape the service, or resell access to it;
- • interfere with the service or attempt to access data belonging to someone else.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Accounts and payment
- • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- • You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
- • Paid plans are billed in advance through Creem and renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.
- • Plan limits — saved photos, saved designs, and previews per month — are enforced automatically. Exceeding a limit blocks the action until the period resets or you upgrade.
- • Prices may change. Existing subscribers will be told before a change affects them.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any preview will match a real result. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service — including decisions you make about a purchase or appointment based on a preview. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the change is significant we will make it clear on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
